Associate Director, Data & Insights, Research, London, Corporate
c £80,000 (REF. LB509958)

Our client is in its fifteenth year this year and continues to grow and achieve great things. At its heart sits a growing team that focuses on data, insights, research and analytics. They use data and evidence to help clients define their strategies and deliver their objectives; they use qualitative research and behaviour change theory to deliver the right messages to the right audiences, and at the right time. They also provide strategic frameworks and sound strategic advice to enable clients ascertain what they are trying to achieve. As the team continues to thrive, they’re looking for a highly-skilled practitioner to join at or around Associate Director level. You’d act as #2 to the team head and help drive and shape the team and its core offer. You’ll need a demonstrable track record in delivering first-rate research and insights and will pride yourself on fostering and deepening strong client relationships. The team is sector agnostic, but gets to work with some big-name clients who are disrupting highly-regulated sectors such as energy, technology, financial services and healthcare.

Director, Financial Services, B2B, Financial, Corporate
c£100,000 (REF. LB509953)

The Financial Services Practice of one of the UK’s most successful agency networks has a rare opportunity for someone to join its management board. The role is twofold: to lead a set of significant clients within the banking, pensions and investment sectors and also to spearhead a new business drive in order to ensure the continued growth of the practice. The ability to provide senior-level counsel across the client portfolio is, of course, essential and it’s a given that you’ll be commercially astute, great at leading teams and fully-versed across the FS sector, ideally as broadly as possible. It’s a significant role and with it comes the opportunity to bring to the table a new way of thinking and take on a meaningful leadership mandate within a well-established and highly respected practice. Flexible working is actively supported.

Board Director, Consumer
£70,000 to £100,000 (REF. LB509949)

This well-established and highly-regarded consultancy has an exceptional reputation in the industry and is gearing up for its next phase of growth. Part of the plan is to strengthen its creative output across both its consumer and corporate client portfolios and key to this is the appointment of a senior-level Creative Director. They want a through-and-through ideas person; someone whose brain never switches off, who can instantly spot an angle and create a compelling story around it. Of course, it’s not just about ideas; it’s about ideas that work, that clients will understand and that will genuinely add value to fully integrated campaigns. The role will also own editorial/earned media ideas, both the upfront creative development and activation tactics. The need for creativity isn’t just confined to consumer clients; original ideas are just as valid in the corporate space, so a high degree of versatility and intellectual agility is really important. It’s a terrific opportunity for a true creative to really add value and see their ideas make an impact
