Anyway, can’t say too much as the business hasn’t launched yet.

Clearly, the ideal candidate needs to love the world of luxury products and brands. With this will go impeccable taste, attention to detail, the ability to develop brave campaigns and the desire to shake things up.

This international group is best known for its stand-out consumer practices and in particular for their award-winning, integrated campaigns in the beauty and personal care space.
Their team is in growth mode and they’re looking to find an Associate Director with a passion for their sector that equals their own.
You’ll be an established Associate Director with a proven creative streak (evident in the global campaigns you’ve lead), extensive strategic media and influencer experience, and a solid understanding of the benefits of social media and digital integration. In addition to this, you’ll be commercial, a strong networker and a deft client handler, and – maybe most importantly – you’ll be a confident and nurturing team lead.
In the process of consolidating its senior team, this highly successful, global corporate practice is keen to hire an established Associate Director and a Director.
Their strength lies in the industrials space and their client portfolio reflects this, bringing together big names in infrastructure, transport, energy, and manufacturing. As a result, you'll need an equally diverse sector expertise in order to hit the ground running here.
Corporate communications, public affairs, digital strategy and issues management will all be part of your arsenal and you'll have experience of managing a mix of UK and EMEA accounts, some hubbed. You’ll be an analytical and strategic thinker with a love of communications and issues management but with also a demonstrable interest in the industrials and manufacturing sectors.
This Corporate Practice that has doubled its turnover and tripled its team size in just over a year, so it’s safe to say that growth and success are definitely on the cards for them. One of their Associates has decided to look for sunnier climes down under, so an opening has come up for someone with real ambition and team spirit.
They specialise in delivering top-class, integrated work in the corporate/B2B space to clients across all sectors, including professional services, retail, logistics, consumer technology and financial services.
The ideal candidate will be innovative, level-headed and entrepreneurial, have the gravitas needed to deliver senior counsel to high-profile clients, and the drive to continue the current new business winning streak. A track record of working in an issues-rich environment would be a definite asset. You'll have worked on international accounts in a corporate / B2B consultancy and will have some political awareness or maybe even some public affairs experience.
It's a hands-on role that will see you leading an exceptional team and collaborating with other sister agencies on fully integrated campaigns. If this sounds like a good match for you, get in touch.
On offer here: a brand new board-level opportunity, and the chance to make a big impact within this already hugely successful corporate and public affairs powerhouse.
Digital is already a part of the group’s global output but the focus is now on building a UK & European base - first with the hire of a dedicated Head of and with a team to follow. That isn’t to say that digital doesn’t already exist as a capability in the EU/UK teams however the aim of this new role is to consolidate that offer, promote a “digital first” attitude, and put in place strategies to upskill practitioners at all levels. It’s a pivotal hire for the business, requiring ambition and vision, not to mention sound commercial acumen.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of building and maintaining a digital income stream and delivering award-winning integrated digital campaigns for clients. Your knowledge of the latest trends, platforms, channels and technology will be a given, and this needs to be underpinned by finely honed commercial and leadership skills.
