Our client is an impressive mid-sized, independent strategic communications consultancy with a reputation for smart and innovative corporate work for some big name businesses. This year brings significant growth and it needs to hire a trailblazing senior operator. The business is concentrated in transport, logistics, infrastructure and other industrial markets, but the offer is broad corporate reputation, political and regulatory affairs, crisis management and risk communications. The team is clever and committed and its leadership team is also very highly regarded. You´ll ideally be a broad corporate communications generalist, but you could equally be more of a PA specialist. The role requires the ability to drive new business, lead on large-scale client campaigns with sizeable budgets, manage and develop teams and take on some of the operational responsibility. It’s an opportunity to work with a superb mentor, whilst also honing your own leadership skills.
Our client is a fast-moving and innovative consultancy that builds and transforms reputations for a multitude of big businesses. Its next key hire is set to be a Head of Brand Strategy. Could that be you? You’ll be a seasoned strategist; able to evaluate complex data and anticipate future market trends, develop positioning recommendations, guide research and define a brand’s stories and purpose. You’ll be an expert at understanding insights, using all the tools at your disposal, and will have the gravitas and acumen to ensure your clients’ solutions are innovative and effective. You’ll be fluent in all things data-driven, digital and communications-related and will have a broad understanding of a range of businesses across multiple sectors as well as their core values. You’ll also be an excellent writer and champion of content. In this senior role, you’ll be hands-on with clients but will also need to educate colleagues in working in new and interesting, not to mention creative, ways.
Tired of a restrictive corporate structure? Looking for a fresh consultancy where you can spread your wings, give shape and be instrumental in leading a young business’ growth? If you are a strong public affairs operator with a good 8-10 years’ experience of lobbying Westminster, we’d love to have a chat. Sector specifics aren’t vital - a spread would be useful - but cultural fit and an entrepreneurial mindset will be important to you. For this role, a consultancy background is needed though it may not have been your most recent post. There is plenty of scope for personal development and this is a consultancy that has frequently demonstrated its lack of glass ceiling. Do get in touch for an informal chat and more info...
This strategic reputation management consultancy wants to hire an additional Partner who has the gravitas to counsel clients at the highest level. It specialises in providing high-end, strategic advice to organisations facing significant reputational challenges. These might include special situations, geo-political issues and litigation cases – often high-profile and invariably complex. Joining as a Partner, you’ll be expected to have the strategic ability to build new and profitable business through your extensive network of contacts, whilst also working with the senior team to develop the consultancy’s offer and range of services. You’ll sit alongside an impressive, intellectually strong peer group committed to delivering quality, stimulating work and there’s the opportunity to have a long-term stake in what is already a successful consulting business.
