This role will be a cross between a Client Service Director and a Practice Lead, needing both the strategic nous to implement client objectives and the leadership skills required to manage a matrix team made up of specialists from different agencies within the group.

This role will require you to be hands-on with both clients and teams, and be a natural driver and planner of quality work and ideas.
This is a unique opportunity to join one of the most respected Healthcare Practices in London. They are currently looking for a Client Service Director to strengthen their senior team and promote best practice across the accounts.
As Client Service Director, you’ll handle a wide range of assignments, aiming to promote a better understanding of client needs and a smoother delivery of projects overall. You’ll lead client meetings and agency brainstorms, develop strategies and provide senior-level client counsel and, maybe most importantly, you’ll have your finger on the pulse of each project so that issues are headed off before they can develop further.
On the team front, you’ll distribute and supervise workloads and contribute to the development of members of the team or practice group through formal or informal training sessions and appraisals. Creating and sustaining a dynamic work environment through high standards and open communication will be very important for this dynamic practice. You’ll also play a key role in growing current accounts and developing new leads, contributing to the business strategy of the practice and delivering in line with it.
Corporate PR Associate Director with experience of clients in the infrastructure, transport, energy or manufacturing sectors.
This well-known and very successful corporate team brings a wealth of experience in the infrastructure, transport, energy, built environment and manufacturing sectors into one place and has the campaign track record - and awards - to prove it. They’re now looking for two Associate Directors (or established Senior Account Directors looking for that step up) with experience and interests to match their client portfolio.
You’ll be a corporate communications practitioner well-versed in consultancy life; an analytical and strategic thinker with a love of communications and issues management but coupled, as you might expect, with a demonstrable interest in the energy and/or industrials sector. Political stakeholder or public affairs experience would be a significant advantage, but an awareness of the political landscape and the impact of industry issues on policy (and vice versa) would also be fine.
