Our client – a leading global public relations consultancy – is seeking a skilled Senior Associate Director or Director to be the lead on one of their most high-profile consumer tech accounts. This role is very much akin to a Client Service Director and requires a similar level of client management expertise. Your task will be to ensure the client receives the best service and has the best agency experience possible. In practice, this means adding value day-to-day and acting as the client’s trusted advisor but also working with the account team to instill a better understanding of the client’s objectives and priorities. You’ll also drive account growth and up-sell services across different teams, you’ll have an explicit understanding of what good client service looks like, and work both strategically and commercially. You are likely to be in a mid- or large-sized agency, operating in a similar role – either as an established Associate Director or junior Director – and you’ll have a particular strength in managing global consumer brands (including consumer or lifestyle tech brands). Demonstrable experience of advising senior and c-suite level clients and of owning relationships at this level in large-scale organisations is a must. Partner, Corporate, Public Affairs

Partner needed for a strategic communications agency that specialises in reputation management — someone with the capability to generate big-sum revenue and give the right counsel every time. This high-class strategic corporate and public affairs boutique needs to hire a sophisticated Partner who has the gravitas to counsel clients at the highest of levels. Ideally you’ll be someone currently at Director-level in a financial or corporate consultancy or with experience of major international corporations. You’ll be required to develop strategy and, after immersing yourself in the day-to-day business of what makes this consultancy special, communicate it at Partner-level both internally and externally. You’ll work with some of the best mentors in crisis management, litigation communications, and brand and reputation management, with clients across a full spectrum of sectors, both domestic and international You’ll be someone who thrives under pressure, expert at managing news, able to quickly disseminate complex legal issues and get to the nub of the story with minimal fuss and maximum input but, more than that, you’ll be an extremely intuitive counsellor - someone who knows their industry so well it comes as second nature to give the right advice every time.
