One of the leading agency corporate communications practices in Europe needs a skilled, senior-level corporate affairs specialist to take on the second-in-command position to the Practice MD. The nature of the work is a mix of campaign development and high-level advisory programmes, crisis and issues communication and broad corporate reputation management, so you’ll need to be confident in your ability to deliver across all of these disciplines. It’s a seriously big job, managing a sizeable team and a highly profitable revenue stream. The role is not just about delivering high-end, strategic communications consultancy to blue-chip clients, it’s also about running a business, so you’ll need to be both a consummate PR operator and a commercially-minded business leader.
Our client – a leading global consultancy – is seeking a skilled Senior Associate Director or Director to be the lead on one of their most high-profile consumer tech accounts. This role is very much akin to a Client Service Director and your task will be to ensure the client receives the best service and has the best agency experience possible. You’ll also drive account growth and up-sell services across different teams, you’ll have an explicit understanding of what good client service looks like, and work both strategically and commercially. You’ll need a particular strength in managing global consumer brands (including consumer or lifestyle tech brands). Demonstrable experience of advising senior and c-suite level clients and of owning relationships at this level in large-scale organisations is a must. The Corporate Practice of this global agency has grown significantly over the last couple of years.
