The newly formed Brand and Reputation practice of this leading integrated global communications consultancy is on the lookout for a Director to add weight to its senior team and to lead a portfolio of big brands. You’ll need to be a proponent of integration and a ‘corpsumer evangelist’! The search is on for a hybrid corporate/consumer operator; someone who can lead the convergence of the two audiences and develop stand-out campaigns that deliver both strategically and creatively. It’s a critical role reporting into the head of this substantial practice and demanding strength in leadership, pitch development and new business, and as an early senior hire into this ‘super-practice’, you should be capable of making a major contribution to the shape and culture of the team and to the style and nature of the work delivered. They use data and evidence to help clients define their strategies and deliver their objectives; they use qualitative research and behaviour change theory to deliver the right messages to the right audiences, and at the right time. They also provide strategic frameworks and sound strategic advice to enable clients ascertain what they are trying to achieve. As the team continues to thrive, they’re looking for a highly-skilled practitioner to join at or around Associate Director level. You’d act as #2 to the team head and help drive and shape the team and its core offer. You’ll need a demonstrable track record in delivering first-rate research and insights and will pride yourself on fostering and deepening strong client relationships. The team is sector agnostic, but gets to work with some big-name clients who are disrupting highly-regulated sectors such as energy, technology, financial services and healthcare.

The role is twofold: to lead a set of significant clients within the banking, pensions and investment sectors and also to spearhead a new business drive in order to ensure the continued growth of the practice.
