Associate Director, Digital, Internal Comms
£70,000 - £90,000 (REF. LB509753)

Our client is a well-established international agency with a boutique feel. It’s committed to produce first-rate communications advice for its clients that is tailor-made for the future: integrated, smart, innovative and driven by brilliant storytelling. At its heart sits an employee engagement team that helps clients discover their best stories in order to inspire, attract and engage the right people as employees and build those brands from the inside out. It is looking for its next core ambassador at senior level. You’ll be well-versed in collaborating with colleagues from digital spheres through to corporate affairs, and will have experience across integrated marketing campaigns, employee engagement strategies and business critical internal communications programmes. This is an established senior role – you’ll be an existing Associate Director or junior-end Board Director – so you’ll be responsible for managing client accounts, providing senior counsel and setting strategy. You’ll also help raise the team’s profile and relish identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Employee Engagement Advisor, Corporate, Internal Comms
£1,000 per day (REF. LB509804)

This reputationally strong comms advisory business with expertise across corporate and political affairs wants to bring in ad hoc, high level expertise within its employee engagement/internal comms practice. A relatively young practice with a smart line-up, it wants to combine its own expertise with that of a seasoned practitioner who can help consolidate and enhance the offer, convert business leads, help develop some exciting new tools and products, and mentor the team. To begin with, they want to buy around three days per month for the next few months and then review progress and value. The role would suit those of you who have space in your work schedule and want to work with some bright minds. You would need to reassure that there is no conflict of interest with any other consultancy work you may be delivering, either of your own or on behalf of other companies.
