Our client is a well-established international agency with a boutique feel. At its heart, it strives to produce first-rate communications advice for its clients that is tailor-made for the future: integrated, smart, innovative and driven by brilliant storytelling. This high-profile consumer brand prides itself on its exceptional customer service, and is looking for a new Business Partner to lead on the communications strategy for this extensive and varied workforce. Senior Change Communications Consultant (FTC), Internal Comms
C £70,000 (pro rata) (REF. EJD509297)

A Senior Consultant with significant change communications experience and an understanding of the challenges facing multi-national companies operating in a highly regulated environment. Significant changes are afoot in the highly regulated healthcare space and the major players are all rushing to pre-empt the new regulations and communicate the changes throughout their organisations. Our client is a specialist team that manages large-scale change and internal communications projects for some of the most recognisable multi-nationals in the world, and they are looking for a Senior Consultant to join their ranks for the next year (potentially longer). This is a pivotal role; you’ll be at once strategic lead, project director, client liaison and firefighter so significant change communications experience – specifically within the area of healthcare and big pharma – is a must. You’ll have the support of a Project Manager and a broader internal team, however it will be down to you to orchestrate the smooth delivery of the project so you’ll need to feel just as comfortable providing client counsel to C-suite executives as you will liaising with employees on the ground.
